The Café at Books & Books will be hosting a special Farm-to-Table St. Patrick’s Day Brunch Buffet hosted by Chef Allen! The Café will be keeping things green with a menu featuring delicious sustainable, plant-based dishes. On March 17, starting at 12 p.m., indulge in Eggplant Caponata, Tiny Herb Potato Pub Salad, Toasted Barley & Maple Roasted Pumpkin, Sweet Potato Waffles with Irish Butter and Grilled Banana Bread Pudding. Fritz & Franz Bierhaus is ready to celebrate all weekend-long. The yearly St. Patrick’s Day Weekend Party, benefiting the Coral Gables Cultural Affairs Council, returns from March 15 through 17. Enjoy three days of live music, green beer and Irish food during this at the restaurant and Bierhaus Plaza. Shake your shamrock this St. Patrick’s Day at John Martin’s Irish Pub & Restaurant’s 29th Annual Celtic Celebration. On Sunday, March 17, the iconic Coral Gables pub will be hosting a variety of Irish-themed St. Patrick’s Day activities for everyone to enjoy starting at noon until 2 a.m. The official kick-off will be marked with the band, “Luna,” who owners Martin Lynch and John Clarke have flown over from Ireland to perform for three nights on March 16, 17 and 19.
