What’s New In Downtown Coral Gables

We are thrilled to welcome a few new businesses to the area! Exciting things are on the horizon in Downtown Coral Gables.

There are so many different ways to Experience Coral Gables in the new year. Zoey Reva will be introducing their first storefront on Giralda Avenue this February. Zoey Reva is a women’s contemporary brand with a feminine sensibility. Each piece is expertly sourced with you in mind. Their mission is to curate easy-to-wear keepsake collections. 📍 @lucaosteria – 116 Giralda Ave

Chopped champion Giorgio Rapicavoli is opening a new restaurant venture, Luca Osteria, on Giralda Avenue. With a focus of Italian food, he hopes to blend in Miami-inspired flavors into the menu to give a fresh approach to traditional, classic Italian cuisine. The restaurant, scheduled to open soon under his Shake & Bake Hospitality Group, will offer both indoor and outdoor seating for diners. Learn more about Luca Osteria here.

Established in 2003, HBenitez Fine Art Gallery first opened it’s official Coral Gables premises in 2006 on Alcazar Avenue. For 18 years, HBenitez Fine Art Gallery has solely represented the artwork of Cuban-American artist Humberto Benitez. Passion meets flavor with your neighborhood sushi bar, Sushi Sake, a South Florida popular concept. Local Miami chefs James and Argelio Jr Aguayo opened their first Sushi Sake location in 2009 and now are breaking ground at their latest location in Downtown Coral Gables. As Coral Gables Public Library undergoes renovations at their original Segovia Street address, they will be opening an Annex Location on Miracle Mile so people can still enjoy their amenities.
